Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the renewal course provided by Diamond Dental Consulting ("Company"). By enrolling in and completing the course, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Course Enrollment
- To enroll in the renewal course, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information.
- You must meet all prerequisites and eligibility requirements specified by the Company to participate in the course.
2. Course Content and Materials
- The Company will provide access to course materials, including lectures, readings, and assessments, for the duration of the course.
- You agree to use the course materials solely for your personal educational purposes and not to distribute or reproduce them without prior consent.
3. Continuing Education (CE) Units and Certificate
- Upon successful completion of the course requirements, including passing all assessments, you will receive applicable Continuing Education (CE) units.
- A certificate of completion will be issued only to participants who pass the course requirements. No certificate will be provided for incomplete or failed courses.
4. No Refunds
- All course fees are non-refundable, regardless of completion status or circumstances.
- Refunds will not be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with course content, inability to complete the course, or changes in personal circumstances.
5. Participant Conduct
- You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner while participating in the course.
- Any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or unauthorized sharing of course materials, may result in immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights in the course materials, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, belong to the Company or its licensors.
- You may not use, modify, or reproduce any course materials without prior written permission from the Company.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the course.
- The Company's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the course.
8. Modifications to Terms
- The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice.
- Any modifications to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website. Your continued participation in the course after the posting of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By enrolling in and completing the renewal course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the course.
