In Office Training

Back Office Initial Assessment

3 Hours

The initial assessment will include thorough inventory, observing chair side mannerisms as well as assistant ergonomics, confirm ordering protocol, checking the way rooms are stocked, confirming that infection control, and OSHA are priority, observe the roles and duties of each individual, quality check on all instruments and treatment set ups, confirm documentation flow.

Front Office Assessment/Insurance Processing/Maximize Production

2 Hours

Thorough assessment of outstanding claims, pending treatment, overview of accounts payable and receivable, confirm office billing schedule, confirm monthly goal and how to achieve it, new patient, protocol, phone mannerism and front to back office communication protocol.

Clinical Training

Our primary goal is to invest in your existing team members and mitigate high turnover rates

RDA/DA Clinical Training

3 Hour minimum

This in-depth auxiliary training is specific to your team and your patients needs. A thorough overview of job duties will occur alongside assigning duties. Do your assistants need a little extra help? Refreshers on making temporaries? The sky is the limit with this session, as a 12 year RDA with experience in every specialty, it is my personal goal to identify and directly impact assistants nationwide. So that the knowledge and training and skills I possess can help others.

Lead RDA Clinical Training

3 Hour minimum

The responsibility of a lead RDA is imperative to the practice as a whole. Do you have an assistant due for a promotion and want to invest in their skills? This course is detailed specific to Doctor and the office needs. Maintaining perfect flow as lead RDA requires attention to detail and going above and beyond in every way. I would love to help your next lead RDA perfect their chair side mannerisms, maximize production, and create the most heartfelt connection with patients.

Implementation

At the completion of each assessment, a custom training will be created with a proposal depending upon assessment findings. Necessary improvements will be documented and provided to the dentist. Certificate of completion will be provided by Diamond Dental Consulting at the close of training. Anything not in compliance with the dental board or OSHA will be in compliance by end of training. Trainings are a 3 hour minimum and can last up to 2 weeks depending on office availability and need.
